REFUND POLICY:A happy customer is our primary goal! Within 10 days of original purchase with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE from the office of christina defalco. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be issued in the form of the original payment. Online purchases can only be returned/exchanged at christinadefalco.com. Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any swimwear or lingerie items. No returns will be accepted on sale items.  

SHIPPING POLICY/HANDLING POLICY: All purchases will ship out within two days of purchase unless otherwise noted on website. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order unless specific carrier is chosen. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS)or United Parcel Service (UPS) Sorry but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 617.312.2633 for charges PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.25% sales tax on all individual items.
